Primary School Maths Teacher (Foundation Phase)

About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking a passionate Foundation Phase Maths Teacher to join the Blue Downs campus. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality mathematics instruction to primary learners, fostering a culture of academic excellence and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons in both face‑to‑face and online formats.
• Collaborate with grade‑level and content‑area partners to design rigorous, personalised learning experiences.
• Lead weekly Social Emotional Learning (SEL) circles and implement the SPARK SEL curriculum.
• Apply SPARK behaviour‑management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Administer weekly and termly assessments, analyse data, and track student progress.
• Submit student results data as required and contribute to school‑wide reporting.
• Participate in pre‑service and ongoing professional development sessions.
