Power BI and Microsoft Fabric Developer

About the role

Venndata is seeking a full‑time, fully remote Power BI and Microsoft Fabric Developer. You will design and implement data models and dataflows within Microsoft Fabric, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and ensure data accuracy across multiple sources.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop data models and dataflows in Microsoft Fabric.
• Create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop and optimise ETL pipelines, ensuring efficient data movement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture reporting and analytics requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable data solutions and data‑warehousing structures.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot data issues, and enforce governance, security, and documentation best practices.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience structuring data for analytics and reporting.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
