Portuguese Community Shopping Auditor

About the role

Amazon’s Community Shopping program powers iconic customer experiences such as Reviews, Review Videos, Q&A and Visual Shopping. As a Portuguese Community Shopping Auditor you will ensure moderation decisions meet Amazon’s global guidelines, protecting the integrity of the marketplace. Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume, accurate audits of manual and automated moderation decisions across multiple languages and marketplaces.
• Identify, document and classify moderation errors, distinguishing avoidable mistakes, judgment calls and harmful misses.
• Maintain personal audit accuracy and productivity targets, contributing to overall team performance metrics.
• Provide data‑driven insights, root‑cause analysis and recommendations to improve quality for both manual and automated moderation.
• Support calibration sessions, guideline development and automation deep‑dive analyses with engineering and training teams.

Required profile

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work flexibly across schedules.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and solid written communication skills.
• Matric/Grade 12 or higher qualification.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Portuguese.

Required skills

• Data analysis experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
