Plant Information Management (PIM) Platform Specialist (Contract)

About the role

iSanqa is seeking a skilled IT professional to support and evolve its Plant Information Management (PIM) platform across a complex enterprise environment. The role blends platform administration, application rationalisation, documentation, reporting, and project coordination to keep critical operational systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for the PIM platform and related applications.
• Maintain platform standards, best practices, and perform upgrades, patching, and break/fix activities.
• Lead application rationalisation initiatives across multiple business portfolios.
• Document existing application functionality, business processes, and create system architecture and data‑flow diagrams.
• Engage stakeholders to map users, licensing needs, and business value of applications.
• Prepare Statements of Work and technical documentation for enhancement projects.
• Coordinate project tasks using Azure DevOps Boards.
• Develop and maintain Power BI and SSRS reports; write T‑SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

Required profile

• Experience supporting Plant Information Management or other industrial information systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and platform consolidation.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Detail‑oriented with solid documentation and reporting skills.
