PHP Developer – CodeIgniter (1-3 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for a PHP Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our development team. You will work closely with front-end engineers to turn UI designs into functional, high-performance web applications using the CodeIgniter framework.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate user-facing elements created by front-end developers.
• Design, develop and maintain efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• Resolve complex performance and architectural challenges.
• Integrate various data storage solutions, including relational databases and key-value stores.
• Implement authentication and authorization across multiple systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience with PHP web frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Solid understanding of PHP’s synchronous execution model and MVC design patterns.
• Good grasp of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming and security best practices.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and schema design.
• Proficiency with version-control tools like Git or SVN.
