Pharmacy Manager

About the role

Medirite Plus Cresta Crossing is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead its pharmacy team. You will ensure smooth, efficient operations while delivering high‑quality customer service and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee individual dispensing and pharmacy administration tasks.
• Manage housekeeping, stock control, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive customer service excellence and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal policies.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote pharmacy services.
• Develop operational work plans, set priorities, and schedule staff.
• Monitor operational performance and manage capacity and resourcing.
• Maintain cross‑functional relationships with prescribers, suppliers, head office, store manager, and cash office.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and manage the pharmacy budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmacy management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and discipline staff.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
