Pest Control Operator (PCO)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pest Control Operator (PCO) to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will have solid experience in structural pest control and hold a valid P Number. This full‑time position involves delivering high‑quality, on‑time pest management services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality pest control services on schedule.
• Complete all required service documentation accurately.
• Supervise PCO assistants and interns.
• Manage and maintain company assets used in field operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer care and support.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional pest control experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and a valid P Number.
• Completion of a structural pest control skills course (e.g., Pest Control Industries Training Academy).
• Hands‑on experience with structural treatments, fumigation, SPI and weed control.
