Personal Fitness Trainer

About the role

Body20 is seeking an energetic Personal Fitness Trainer to join its boutique EMS studio in Garsfontein, Pretoria. You will deliver high‑intensity 20‑minute workouts, design individualized programs, and help clients achieve rapid fitness results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily one‑on‑one and group training sessions.
• Develop personalised fitness and body‑shaping programmes based on client goals.
• Monitor client progress, adjust plans, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym environment.
• Promote services, drive sales, and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Proven experience in fitness instruction and personal training.
• Sales‑driven mindset with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Good knowledge of current fitness industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own transport and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts, including mornings and evenings (8‑hour days).
