About the role
Hutch, a mobile games developer and publisher, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join its Dundee studio. You will own the user acquisition strategy that directly drives revenue, working closely with the Growth and Insights team and the broader marketing department.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage high‑level user acquisition (UA) strategy, selecting channels, defining campaign structures and targeting audiences.
- Manage, analyse and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads and other networks to maximise player acquisition and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Supervise, mentor and train Campaign Managers, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
- Create detailed creative briefs and collaborate with the marketing art team to produce and optimise ad creatives.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and new opportunities, including App Store Optimisation and emerging acquisition platforms.
- Help refine measurement frameworks to accurately assess true ROAS.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Performance Marketing Manager within the video‑games industry.
- Proven track record running campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads and other paid media networks.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working around data and numbers.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and make strategic decisions.
