Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a data‑obsessed Performance & Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale the global digital acquisition engine for a premier luxury travel and African safari group. The role is fully remote within South Africa and offers full commercial autonomy with the potential for long‑term equity options.

Key responsibilities

• Own, run, and optimise performance marketing strategy, budget allocation and A/B testing across Google Ads and Meta Ads for key global markets.
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end measurement and conversion attribution using GA4 and HubSpot.
• Establish live performance dashboards tracking spend, ROAS, CAC, cost per lead and lead‑to‑booking conversions.
• Design automated HubSpot lead‑nurturing journeys for both B2C and B2B segments.
• Guide the Digital Marketing Specialist to align landing pages and design assets with campaign goals.
• Analyse commercial return on trade‑partner campaigns and new market expansion efforts.

Required profile

• 3+ years proven experience in performance or growth marketing with quantifiable commercial results.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 tracking and attribution.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar enterprise CRM to set up automated workflows and dashboards.
• Background in both high‑ticket B2C luxury acquisition and B2B partner demand generation.
• Track record in fast‑growth startup or agile tech environments where rapid testing is essential.
