Performance Framework Architect

About the role

Join Aleph to design and launch its first global performance framework. This role blends strategic thinking with behavioural insight to shape how performance, rewards, and development are measured across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear performance principles and manager expectations for the current cycle.
• Collaborate with Culture & Performance Lead, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, and the CPO to align messaging and guidance.
• Produce manager FAQs, guidance documents, and leadership decks that translate uncertainty into confidence.
• Design a sustainable, global performance management framework for future cycles, including calibration logic and stakeholder involvement.
• Determine the linkage between performance elements and reward mechanisms (merit increases and bonuses) in partnership with Total Rewards.
• Build analytics that ensure fairness, consistency, and defensible leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of performance management theory and its behavioural drivers.
• Experience designing and implementing performance frameworks at scale.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment with cross‑functional teams.
