Performance & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Enko Education is seeking a data‑driven Performance & Digital Marketing Manager to own the full growth funnel across its network of African international schools. You will work with central leadership, school directors, admissions teams and external agencies to build a scalable digital acquisition engine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies on Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube for the group and individual campuses.
• Brief, manage and hold external agencies or freelancers accountable to performance KPIs.
• Design, test and optimise conversion funnels, landing pages, lead capture forms and retargeting sequences.
• Track and report on CAC, ROAS, CPL and other ROI metrics.
• Own the central and school websites, improving UX, page speed, SEO and conversion rates.
• Manage the CMS and audit the marketing technology stack, implementing robust tracking.
• Drive organic growth through SEO and local acquisition playbooks.
• Automate lead‑nurturing workflows in Pipedrive and align closely with sales and admissions.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level marketer with a strong bias for action.
• Proven experience in performance marketing and digital acquisition.
• Ability to work across multiple markets and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
