People Solutions Generalist – HR Role

About the role

The People Solutions Generalist supports the organization by delivering HR programs that align with business objectives. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and implement HR activities such as employee engagement, compensation, benefits, talent and performance management.
• Provide consulting to managers on performance, policies, talent management and compensation.
• Respond to day‑to‑day employee concerns and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to develop proactive HR solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and promoted employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS tools and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics; create visual presentations for management.
• Prepare documentation for labor‑related cases and stay updated on market HR trends.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• University degree in HR or related field (advantageous).
• Working knowledge of labor relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a virtual environment.
