About the role
Kusile Facilities Management Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join its vibrant team.
Key responsibilities
- Verify and process salaries and wages weekly and monthly according to company deadlines.
- Schedule and ensure timely payment of third‑party contributions (PAYE, UIF, SDL, COIDA).
- Resolve payroll queries to company standards.
- Prepare and submit leave and absence reports to management by required deadlines.
- Maintain accurate employee records securely on file and in the company cloud.
- Produce comprehensive employee reports for management on a monthly basis.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as required to meet company standards.
Required profile
- National Diploma/Certificate in Payroll Administration or NQF Level 6 equivalent.
- Strong understanding of South African tax regulations, UIF and COIDA.
- 3–5 years of experience with SAGE Professional payroll software.
- Experience using a clocking system for payroll processing.
- Experience in the cleaning industry is advantageous.
