Part‑time Remote Social Media Manager (Agency & Clients)

About the role

We are a London‑based digital agency that creates physical venues and experiential spaces. We are looking for a part‑time, remote Social Media Manager to own the social presence of the agency and a portfolio of distinct client accounts. This role offers immediate hiring and the chance to shape strategy, grow communities, and maintain separate brand voices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop channel‑specific social media strategies, goals, content pillars and publishing cadence for the agency and each client.
• Generate a continuous pipeline of engaging formats, hooks and copy tailored to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Manage multiple brand channels simultaneously while preserving distinct voices and visual identity.
• Focus on organic reach, follower acquisition and community engagement; track and report performance metrics.
• Handle day‑to‑day engagement: monitor replies, comments, DMs and initiate proactive conversations.
• Create and maintain social identity frameworks, tone‑of‑voice guidelines and visual guidelines.
• Identify and act on fast‑moving trends, platform updates and cultural moments.

Required profile

• Proven record of growing real, highly engaged accounts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of each platform’s algorithm, formats and audience.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and keep their voices clearly separated.
• Excellent copywriting and ideation skills with minimal supervision.
• Strong community‑building instincts and passion for daily interaction management.
• Self‑directed work ethic, capable of independent time management and remote collaboration.
• Experience in hospitality, physical venues or events is a plus.
