Part‑time Lecturer – Administration & Management

About the role

STADIO Higher Education is seeking a part‑time lecturer for Semester 2 to deliver modules within the School of Administration & Management. The role involves on‑campus teaching combined with blended and online delivery, supporting student success and contributing to curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures for one or more of the following modules: LOG100 (Logistics Management I), MAR100 (Marketing Management I), POM100 (Project Management I), Quality Assurance, Accredited Publications, Community Engagement, Personal & Professional Development.
• Prepare and facilitate blended contact learning sessions and assess student work through marking and moderation.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students, fostering their success.
• Participate in curriculum review, transformation, and development activities.
• Engage in research, thought leadership, and postgraduate supervision.
• Contribute to academic citizenship, industry liaison, and institutional initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant NQF Level 8 qualification in a field related to the modules to be taught.
• Experience lecturing in a blended contact and online learning environment.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate effectively.
