Partner Account Manager – Drive Channel Sales and Relationships

About the role

The Partner Account Manager (PAM) will lead the partner channel strategy, building and defending a portfolio of partner and customer relationships to achieve sales and revenue targets. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to translate market opportunities into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship for an assigned partner portfolio and develop trust‑based, professional partnerships.
• Identify partner and customer needs, create account plans and contact strategies to meet annual sales targets.
• Drive pipeline development, qualify prospects, and manage the decision‑making process to close sales.
• Handle escalated partner and customer complaints, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Support finance and credit teams in recovering overdue payments.
• Prepare monthly run‑rate, demand management reports, and perform sales analysis for the partner base.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, contributing to annual sales strategy and budget planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing partner or channel sales relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and forecast performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and maintain partner trust.
