Regional Sales – Area Growth Manager (Mpumalanga)

About the role

Flash Group is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales professional to lead a team of Area Growth Managers and expand its trader network across Mpumalanga. You will be responsible for increasing transaction volumes by onboarding new Flash points of presence and supporting traders with training and branding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and activate new Flash points of presence within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with traders to grow transaction volumes.
• Train traders on Flash products, services and device usage.
• Manage branding, merchandising and visibility at trader sites.
• Resolve device and product queries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor area performance and report on growth against targets.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12; tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• 2+ years of experience in field sales, merchant or trader management (FMCG or fintech preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
• Strong relationship‑building and training ability.
• Ability to work independently across a defined geographic area.
• Fluency in a regional language and an existing network in the informal retail market are a plus.
