Part-Time Lecturer – Project Management

About the role

Red & Yellow Creative School of Business is seeking an experienced, part‑time lecturer to teach Project Management to third‑year students. This role offers the chance to shape future marketers, designers and communicators by delivering industry‑relevant knowledge in a dynamic academic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Convene and deliver the Project Management course (contact mode) for third‑year students.
• Develop and continuously improve curriculum, lesson plans, tutorials, assessments and exams.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials and practical sessions, ensuring alignment with programme outcomes.
• Maintain accurate student records, monitor attendance and support at‑risk learners.
• Collaborate with department heads, academic colleagues and industry contacts to keep content current.
• Participate in programme evaluation, content upgrades, moderation processes and examination administration.
• Engage in student application, registration, grievance and disciplinary procedures as needed.
• Support marketing events such as open days and uphold institutional policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Relevant industry experience in Project Management.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
