Part-Time Lecturer - Monitoring & Evaluation (2027)

About the role

The Faculty of Management Sciences, Entrepreneurship Development, Bloemfontein Campus, is looking for part-time lecturer(s) for 2027 in the subject field of Monitoring and Evaluation. The appointment is made on an hourly basis for specific semester and/or year subjects covering teaching, learning and assessment and related administration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic material and deliver lectures in allocated subjects for own and other programmes
• Execute appropriate community projects
• Deliver face-to-face, remote or hybrid lectures; facilitation and assessment formats may change on short notice
• Be available during scheduled class hours, which may include day and/or evening work

Required profile

• A relevant Honours or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF 8) in Monitoring & Evaluation or a related subject
• At least five years of lecturing or industry experience in the relevant subject field
• Own laptop computer

What we offer

• Hourly pay depending on qualifications and experience: R292 (Junior Lecturer), R358 (Lecturer), R438 (Senior Lecturer) and R600 (Assistant/Professor) per hour in 2026
• Work in the allocated subject area at the CUT Bloemfontein campus
