Part Time Lecturer: Customer Experience

About the role

Red & Yellow Creative School of Business is seeking an experienced, passionate lecturer to teach Customer Experience to third‑year students on a part‑time basis. You will join a vibrant academic team and be responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching and mentorship throughout the semester.

Key responsibilities

• Convenor and lecturer for the Customer Experience year‑3 module (3 days a week, with TA support).
• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve curriculum, lesson plans, tutorials, assessments and exams.
• Monitor academic performance, attendance and maintain accurate student records.
• Liaise with academic colleagues and industry contacts to keep content relevant.
• Participate in annual programme updates, marking, moderation and external review processes.
• Support student application, registration, examination, certification and grievance procedures.
• Attend staff meetings, faculty events and ensure proper filing of documentation.
• Adhere to institutional policies and uphold academic integrity.

Required profile

• Relevant industry experience in Customer Experience.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor higher‑education students.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with lecturers, staff and industry partners.
• Commitment to maintaining and enhancing programme quality.
