Paid Social Project Manager (Global)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to join our Paid Social team at a digital growth marketing agency. You will act as the central liaison between Account Managers, the creative team, and clients, ensuring that all creative assets and campaign components are delivered on time and according to brand‑specific processes. The position is full‑time and requires working during US Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for asset approvals, managing the flow of creative files, copy, and feedback via Slack, email, and other platforms.
• Track and enforce brand‑specific processes and workflows, ensuring consistent compliance across accounts.
• Document clear action items after meetings and follow up to guarantee completion.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Support Account Managers and Creative Strategists by removing blockers and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Proactively address delays, hold candid conversations with team members, and identify solutions to get projects back on track.
• Maintain organized records of assets, feedback, and campaign approvals.
• Coordinate and schedule calls between internal team members and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work full‑time on EST schedule.
