Paid Social Media Strategist (Remote)

About the role

Thrive Internet Marketing Agency is seeking a data‑driven Paid Social Media Strategist to lead ROI‑focused ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X and other platforms. This fully remote, full‑time position will own a portfolio of client accounts, optimize targeting, and continuously refine strategies to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X and emerging platforms.
• Conduct audience research to define target demographics, interests and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
• Plan, allocate and manage paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and CPA.
• Implement A/B testing on copy, visuals and landing pages to improve performance.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Work with SEO, content and account teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes, industry trends and competitor strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Proactive, outgoing and data‑driven mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
