Paid Social Media Strategist (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

Thrive Internet Marketing Agency is seeking a data‑driven Paid Social Media Strategist to own and optimise ROI‑focused ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and emerging social platforms. This remote, full‑time position will manage a portfolio of client accounts, develop targeting strategies, and collaborate with creative and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute paid media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X and other platforms.
• Conduct audience research to define demographics, interests and behaviours for precise targeting.
• Plan, allocate and monitor paid media budgets to maximise ROI and meet performance KPIs.
• Analyse campaign metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and CPA, providing regular performance reports.
• Implement A/B testing on ad copy, visuals and landing pages to continuously improve results.
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes, industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with SEO, content and account management teams for integrated marketing efforts.
