Paid Media Strategist (Remote)

About the role

Thrive Internet Marketing Agency is seeking an experienced Paid Media Strategist to lead ROI‑driven advertising campaigns across major social platforms. This remote, full‑time position will manage a portfolio of client accounts, optimize targeting, and continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X and other platforms.
• Conduct audience research to define target demographics, interests and behaviors.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
• Plan, allocate and manage paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and CPA, providing regular performance reports.
• Implement A/B testing for ad copy, visuals and landing pages.
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Work with SEO, content and account management teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
