Paid Media Strategist

About the role

Thrive Internet Marketing Agency is seeking an experienced Paid Media Strategist to lead ROI‑driven advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms. You will own a client portfolio, optimize targeting, analyze performance, and continuously refine strategies to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid‑media strategies on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and emerging platforms.
• Conduct audience research to define target demographics, interests and behaviors.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
• Plan, allocate and manage paid‑media budgets to maximize ROI and meet performance metrics.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and CPA.
• Implement A/B testing for ad copy, visuals and landing pages.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes, industry trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Proactive, data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Experience managing paid‑media campaigns for multiple clients.
