Outbound Telesales Agent – B2B (UK Market)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Outbound Telesales Agent to represent a UK client, make B2B cold calls into the UK market and build a qualified sales pipeline. The role is office‑based in Gqeberha and offers full‑time, ongoing engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B cold calls to generate leads and build the sales pipeline.
• Engage prospects confidently, handle objections on the fly and book qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of activity and prospects in the CRM.
• Own your call volume and consistently meet daily and weekly targets.
• Continuously improve your pitch through coaching and self‑development.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of B2B sales or lead‑generation experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence on the phone.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and resilient.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
