Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/French‑Canadian)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in English and French‑Canadian to provide warranty and general inquiries support. This fully remote position serves customers across phone, email and live‑chat, ensuring a high‑quality experience for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with warranty claims and general product or service questions.
• Deliver clear, professional and empathetic support in both languages.
• Document interactions and case updates accurately.
• Troubleshoot issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain service quality and response standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Required profile

• Native fluency in English and French‑Canadian, with authentic Québécois dialect.
• Previous customer service or support experience, preferably handling phone, email and chat.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Located in South Africa with reliable high‑speed internet.

What we offer
