About the role
We are a dynamic, fast‑growing company based in Umhlanga, scaling our footprint with a focus on high‑performance execution, accountability and continuous growth. As an Outbound Sales Team Leader in the New Acquisitions department, you will head and mentor a sales team, driving cold‑calling operations and ensuring the team exceeds ambitious daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the New Acquisitions sales team.
- Drive high‑volume cold‑calling operations.
- Inspire, coach and hold the team accountable to exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven track record in high‑volume outbound sales.
- Elite objection‑handling skills.
- Ability to extract peak performance from an outbound sales team.
