About the role
Clover is seeking an Operator to join the downstream production department in Port Elizabeth. The role focuses on operating specific machinery that is essential to the dairy manufacturing process. The operator will be responsible for running the equipment that processes milk and ensuring it operates according to production requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Operate designated production machinery safely and efficiently within the downstream line.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any irregularities to supervisors.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to support continuous production flow.
- Start up and shut down the machinery as required for each shift.
- Adjust machine settings to match the production of milk when necessary.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the dairy manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to operate machinery used in milk production.
- Internal candidates must have a positive working record with Clover.
