Operations Supervisor – Fulfillment Center

About the role
The Operations Supervisor ensures smooth execution of daily processes in an Amazon fulfillment or delivery site. You will be the first point of contact for team members during their shift, guiding them to follow established procedures and maintaining operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and monitor workflows, track on‑site performance and provide shift information to frontline management.
- Support and train employees to deliver high‑quality service and supervise daily tasks.
- Assist the Shift/Area Manager with projects aimed at process improvement, safety, and workforce engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve common issues and support key performance areas.
- Use data analysis to identify opportunities to optimise safety, quality and productivity.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, production or supply chain.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or relevant professional experience.
