Operations Specialist (Creative Production)

About the role

This position sits at the heart of a fast‑scaling creative production environment within a global digital health ecosystem. You will design and run the operational backbone that enables creative teams to deliver high‑quality output quickly and at scale, while introducing automation and AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational systems, processes, documentation and onboarding materials for creative production at scale.
• Coordinate recurring team rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure clarity on priorities, ownership and deliverables.
• Align producers, strategists and platform teams to improve cross‑functional collaboration and manage dependencies.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce repetitive tasks such as reporting, tracking, scheduling and documentation.
• Partner with MarTech and AI teams to create smarter, more efficient workflow enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong operational discipline with a systems‑thinking mindset.
• Experience in operations, project management, production or business operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to build processes, systems and documentation from scratch and continuously improve them.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams and seniority levels.
• High attention to detail, accountability and follow‑through.
• Interest in AI, automation tools and modern operational platforms.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
