Operations Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an independent, architect‑minded Operations Project Manager to join our Global Operations Project Team. Working 100% remotely, you will partner closely with the Senior Operations Project Manager and the Chief Operating Officer to turn high‑level vision into concrete results.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SOPM and COO to translate company goals into actionable project architecture.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methods to manage backlogs, pivot resources, and keep the team focused on high‑value initiatives.
• Own the full project lifecycle—from ideation to delivery—across Customer Service, Logistics, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment, providing transparent updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Audit current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and design data‑backed solutions.
• Create operational playbooks and manage handover to department leaders for Business‑As‑Usual transition.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build project infrastructure from vague executive goals.
• Comfort with shifting priorities and real‑time Agile re‑alignment.
• Strong investigative mindset, asking hard questions to uncover root causes.
• Systems thinker who thrives in undocumented environments and brings order to chaos.
