Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring all departments work together to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain quality standards, and achieve profitability. This role acts as the central coordination point between Service Coordinators, Technical Teams, Procurement, Stores, Logistics, Administration, and Management.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and facilitate daily operational meetings, identifying risks, service delays, and customer concerns.
• Monitor outstanding actions, ensure timely completion, and maintain alignment across operational departments.
• Escalate critical issues and drive resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction focus.
• Oversee emergency call‑out response times, technician scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to secure parts and materials promptly.
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative requirements such as job cards and photographic documentation.
• Review job reports for accuracy, profitability, and adherence to service quality standards.
• Analyze operational trends, develop process improvements, and implement corrective policies.

Required profile
