Operations Director

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Operations Director to join its team at Radisson Hotel & Convention Centre OR Tambo. As right-hand to the General Manager, you will orchestrate the hotel's operations, balancing the execution of the masterplan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and commercial results. You will work with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Balance the delivery of the masterplan with a focus on guest experience, revenue generation and commercial results.
• Work with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and brand reputation.
• Ensure adherence to legislation and due diligence requirements.
• Manage the hotel budget.
• Proactively support guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel.

Required profile

• Flexible, positive attitude and a strong eye for detail.
• Creative problem-solver passionate about creating extraordinary service.
• Ability to work as part of a team and strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
