Operations Associate – Ecommerce & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Associate to support the rapid growth of our ecommerce business. Working remotely, you will partner directly with the founders to streamline supply chain processes, improve margins, and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers and suppliers.
• Coordinate inventory management, stock forecasting, and product deliveries.
• Source and onboard new manufacturers and supplier partners.
• Support new product launches from supplier sourcing through production.
• Monitor product costs and operational expenses, identifying margin‑improvement opportunities.
• Build and enhance operational systems, processes, and AI‑driven automations.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Work closely with customer service to communicate operational updates across the business.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, supply chain, logistics, or a similar role.
• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and a passion for automation.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with data and reporting.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast‑growing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
