The festive season, from late September to early January, sees a sharp rise in demand for eCommerce platforms, and the customer service team acts as the face of the brand, delivering a premium experience. The role suits someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys handling several communication channels at once.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front-line support across live chat, email and telephone inquiries.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently so logistics stay smooth and customers are satisfied.
• Document customer interactions accurately so that future service can be improved.
• Educate shoppers about platform features to prevent recurring issues.
• Work with the wider team to meet strict targets for response times and resolution quality.

Required profile

• An exceptional command of English, written and spoken.
• Emotional resilience to stay calm and adaptable in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment.
