Online English Teacher

About the role

We are seeking qualified, passionate, and reliable online English teachers to join our global teaching team. The position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver a variety of English classes to students worldwide, including group lessons, private 1‑to‑1 sessions, webinars, and exam preparation courses.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality English lessons across multiple formats (grammar, writing, IELTS preparation, etc.).
• Prepare lesson materials and adapt content to diverse student needs and proficiency levels.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Adhere to scheduled class times, including shift variations, and ensure punctuality.
• Participate in performance observations and respond positively to coaching.

Required profile

• Completed Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 120‑hour TEFL/TESOL certificate or CELTA.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Professional, reliable, and student‑focused attitude.
