Job description

职位概况

负责生产模具的研发设计与整改，参与模具图纸评审，支持公司在金属制品与机械制造领域的技术创新。

主要职责

开展生产模具的研发设计、改进与整改工作；
参与模具设计图纸的评审，确保设计符合工艺要求；
分析并解决常见铸造缺陷及表面缺陷问题；
配合项目团队完成技术文档与报告。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，3-5年模具设计相关工作经验；
具备制造业背景，熟悉重力模具结构、铸造工艺、金属材料及机械设计理论；
了解并能运用APQP、DFMEA、PPAP等IATF16949核心工具。

必备技能

熟练操作CAD、UG、MAGAM（或Anycasting）软件；
掌握APQP、DFMEA、PPAP方法论；
了解IATF16949质量管理体系。
