职位概况

负责机加工方向的制造工程工作，主要涉及设备采购、持续改进及与供应商、客户的沟通协作，工作地点位于浙江省绍兴市新昌县。

主要职责

寻找并采购用于体系改进的资本设备、刀具及相关组件。
与供应商紧密合作，确保产品准时发运并符合规格。
持续改进现有设备，参与加工装配设备的会议、布局及审批。
作为客户联络人，确保设备采购过程中的沟通顺畅。
解决设备故障，保障生产持续性。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，3-5年制造业经验。
具备良好的项目管理经验。
熟悉4轴CNC编程，尤其是FANUC控制系统。
掌握R&R、CPK计算及机加工运行、夹具设计。
英语和普通话流利。
