职位概况

负责机加工方向的制造工程工作，主要涉及设备采购、持续改进及与供应商、客户的沟通协作，支持公司在汽车零部件领域的生产需求。

主要职责

寻找并采购用于体系改进的资本设备、刀具及相关组件。
与供应商紧密合作，确保产品准时发运且符合规格。
持续改进现有设备，提高生产效率。
参加加工、装配设备会议，完成布局规划并走访供应商。
作为客户联络人，保证设备及采购信息的充分沟通。
解决或纠正导致生产中断的设备故障。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，工程类背景。
3-5 年制造业经验，具备良好的项目管理经验。
熟悉4轴 CNC 编程，尤其是 FANUC 控制系统。
掌握 R&R 与 CPK 计算及机加工运行、夹具设计。
英语和普通话流利。
