About the role
Lazarus Motor Company is seeking a diligent New Vehicle Administrator to join the team as soon as possible. The role involves managing vehicle stock, invoicing, and supplier communications in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform full administrative functions for vehicle inventory.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock control of vehicles.
- Prepare invoices and issue vehicle orders.
- Order vehicle consumables and manage loading of DICs.
- Handle floor‑plan loading, interest calculations and payment communications.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be target‑driven.
- Strong communication skills with staff and suppliers.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in vehicle administration.
- CMS experience is an advantage.
