Network Administrator – IT Support & Infrastructure

About the role

Triton Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a proactive Network Administrator to join its IT team. You will provide first‑ and second‑line support for users, maintain core infrastructure, and ensure smooth operation of warehouse‑specific technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access via Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and email.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, patching and basic server administration.
• Assist with LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset register, support backups, restores and basic disaster‑recovery tasks.
• Support standard business applications (Microsoft Office, browsers, line‑of‑business software) and internal systems.
• Learn and support Triton’s WMS and WCS platforms and assist with user training.
• Follow IT security policies, manage endpoint security and report incidents.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
• Relevant IT qualification (diploma, degree or equivalent).
• Own reliable transport and ability to work rotating day/night shifts.

Required skills

• Windows desktop and basic Windows Server administration.
• Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Office 365 management.
• Fundamental networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, peripherals).
• Basic backup, monitoring and documentation skills.
• Network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Basic scripting (PowerShell) and virtualization concepts (VMware, Hyper‑V, Proxmox) – advantageous.
• Exposure to warehouse IT environments, WMS/WCS or ERP systems – advantageous.
