Multi-Store Restaurant Manager (Johannesburg East)

About the role

The Multi-Store Restaurant Manager will oversee a group of four restaurant outlets in Johannesburg North and East Gauteng. Reporting to senior leadership, the manager will travel between sites, support store teams, and ensure each outlet meets brand and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards and service quality across all locations.
• Provide franchise support and drive performance improvements.
• Assist store managers with daily operational tasks and problem‑solving.
• Lead recruitment, staff development and training initiatives.
• Monitor and maximise each store’s commercial potential.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of senior management experience in a head‑office or multi‑store restaurant environment.
• Residence within the Johannesburg area.
• Proactive, hands‑on leadership style with a strong passion for the restaurant industry.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and a six‑day work week.
