Mobile Software Engineer (Flutter) – Mid Level

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Mobile Software Engineer with strong Flutter expertise to join our mobile squad. You will work alongside a diverse team of engineers, designers and product owners to deliver high‑quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cross‑platform mobile app using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, product managers and full‑stack teams to design and improve features.
• Write clean, scalable code, establish coding standards and champion test‑driven development (TDD).
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues and influence architectural decisions.
• Lead feature development, report progress and actively participate in agile ceremonies.
• Own codebases, perform thorough testing and support QA activities.
• Assist with deployments, documentation and competency assessments while mentoring junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter.
• Hands‑on experience building apps for both iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with Bloc/Cubit or other state‑management libraries.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web technologies.
• Good knowledge of software engineering principles and the full SDLC.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Passion for gaming and the gaming community.
