Mobile Developer (Kotlin / Swift)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Developer proficient in Kotlin and/or Swift to join our delivery team in Cape Town. The role involves building and maintaining high‑quality Android and iOS applications that deliver seamless user experiences across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable mobile applications using Kotlin (Android) and/or Swift (iOS).
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend developers for smooth front‑end/back‑end interaction.
• Write well‑tested, reliable code and participate in peer code reviews.
• Maintain existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimise performance.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, product owners and cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging mobile technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional software development experience focused on mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of Android development with Kotlin and/or iOS development with Swift.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integration and mobile‑first design principles.
