MNR Supervisor – Logistics Operations

About the role

The client is looking for an MNR Supervisor to lead the Depot MNR functions, ensuring timely processing of job cards, accurate container tracking and seamless communication with customers, EMR and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Depot MNR administration activities and ensure job cards are captured promptly in internal and customer systems.
• Upload job‑card photos, update container status, and monitor approvals and repairs with the EMR team.
• Maintain accurate records of CLN and PTI certificates, manage aging expired units, and flag major damage for evacuation planning.
• Track warranty jobs, coordinate with Finance for recovery, and ensure repaired containers are closed for invoicing.
• Produce daily gate‑out reports, submit revenue and accrual schedules, and handle credit note requests and invoicing queries.
• Maintain tidy office space, participate in stock‑takes, and ensure all MNR documentation is filed and accessible.
• Lead the team by setting KPIs, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement while controlling costs and enhancing customer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising logistics or maintenance teams in a depot environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple data streams and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, EMR, operations and finance departments.
• Ability to establish and monitor KPIs, coach staff and promote process improvements.
