Mid-level Mobile Software Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

Rank Group is seeking a mid‑level Mobile Software Engineer with strong Flutter expertise to join its mobile squad. You will work alongside a talented team to deliver high‑quality mobile experiences for both iOS and Android users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cross‑platform mobile application using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, product managers and full‑stack teams to build and enhance features.
• Write clean, scalable code, establish coding standards and champion test‑driven development (TDD).
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues and influence architectural decisions.
• Lead feature development, report progress and actively participate in agile ceremonies.
• Own codebases, perform thorough testing and support QA activities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share insights with the team.
• Support deployments, documentation and competency assessments while mentoring junior members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter.
• Experience delivering apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Knowledge of Bloc/Cubit or similar state‑management libraries.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web technologies.
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles and the full SDLC.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Passion for gaming and the gaming community.
