About the role
An opportunity exists for a Messenger to join the team at our Durbanville branch in Cape Town. The role involves collecting and delivering specimens and reports while providing excellent customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and deliver specimens, reports and other items while exercising good customer care.
- Responsible for basic housekeeping.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Basic computer literacy advantageous.
- Relevant customer service experience; pathology experience is a plus.
- Client‑focused with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English with an understanding of Afrikaans; must be prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
