About the role
An opportunity exists for a Medical Technologist/Laboratory Scientist to join the team at the Cape Gate branch in Cape Town, supporting clinical pathology services with a focus on quality and integrity.
Required profile
- 3‑year Biomedical Technology diploma or 4‑year Medical Laboratory Scientist degree in Clinical Pathology
- Current HPCSA registration in Clinical Pathology with at least 1 year of post‑registration clinical experience
- Fluent English and an understanding of Afrikaans
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Required skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Meditech (advantageous)
- Basic troubleshooting of laboratory instruments
- Client‑focused attention to detail
